Instructions for Presenters

Oral Presentations (Invited and Contributed Talks)

• Time Allotments:
  • Invited Talk: 30 minutes (23-minute presentation + 7-minute discussion)
  • Contributed Talk: 20 minutes (15-minute presentation + 5-minute discussion)
• Time Alerts:
  • A PC display and a bell will notify you of the remaining time during your presentation.
• Technical Specifications:
  • The conference room is equipped with an FHD (Full High Definition) LCD projector, with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • It is highly recommended to use a widescreen (16:9) aspect ratio for your slides.
  • The projector uses an HDMI (Type A) connector. Ensure your PC has an HDMI (Type A) connector, or bring a suitable adapter.

Poster Presentations

• Poster Board Dimensions:
  • The poster board measures 2,100 mm in height and 900 mm in width.
  • You can use an area of 2,056 mm x 856 mm for your poster. Ensure your poster does not exceed the width of the board.
