Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for up to 165 participants. If the number of registrants exceeds 165, registration will be closed even before the deadline.
All participants are kindly requested to be accommodated at Marriott Lake Biwa Hotel, where the conference will be held. The hotel provides rooms at special rates for participants.
Room rates (per person per night)
- Twin-bedded room for single use (22,150 JPY)
- Twin-bedded room for double use (13,350 JPY)
Payment methods for participants from overseas are limited to credit card payments only.
We kindly request participants from Japan to make their payment via bank transfer.
